Wikipedia describes Yakubu Gowon Airport, also called Jos Airport, as the airport serving Jos, the Plateau State capital. In Lagos you still have to know whether your airline uses GAT or MMA2.

Of the airline sites opened for this guide, ValueJet is the one that lists Jos alongside Lagos. United Nigeria's destination page, read the same day, does not list Jos. Ibom Air's menu does not list Jos either. Air Peace was not confirmed on a route map here. Search the date and see who is actually selling it.

Baggage
If the ValueJet fare is ValueLite or ValueSaver, the ticket page says you get 7 kg in the cabin and no checked bag. That matters on a trip to Jos if you are carrying more than a backpack.
